I-FI works using a peer-to-peer network that uses devices as "relays" so that you can communicate with your friends and contacts when you otherwise wouldn't be able to, due to circumstances such as natural disasters, sporting events or crowded areas where reception or WI-FI wouldn't otherwise be available.
Requires iOS 7.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
